Dina Meyer was born in Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing junior high, she moved from Queens into Dix Hills Long Island. There are two of her younger siblings and a brother who is older. When she was nine till 16, she started working in the industry of entertainment via acting. The beginning of her acting career was with The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was a student of Sanford Meisner's techniques along with Ron Stetson for three years.
